Our Policies

OUR ALL-WEATHER POLICY

The festival abides by a rain or shine policy. Refunds will not be issued due to weather.

We ask that you prepare for all types of Saskatchewan weather: rain, heat, wind and snow (it's not impossible!)

We recommend brining small umbrellas to protect you from the sun and rain, and don't forget the sunscreen on those super hot days!

Ticket Sales policy

All online ticket prices will be charged an additional processing and service fee by Showpass.

- All tickets are final sale, no refunds will be rewarded.

- All tickets can be purchased at the gate.

- Online tickets will be scanned upon entry. Tickets can be scanned directly off of your Showpass account, from a saved copy of your ticket on your phone, off of a printed copy of your tickets or if you have lost your ticket it can be looked up at the gate if you provide a valid ID or proof of purchase.

- All attendees will be provided with a wristband upon entry and must keep them on for the entirety of the festival.
